Hello, and welcome to Tessa’s Yoga Stories!

Here, you will find a selection of short stories designed to teach both children and adults about the rules of life they can follow when discovering the world of yoga. Both educational and therapeutic, this book is filled with original stories about the life of Guru Guptananda exploring themes of forgiveness, truth, compassion, self-discipline and non-violence.
About the author:
Originally, I trained as a biology teacher but my passion for yoga took over. I taught yoga for 30 years and loved the wonderful energies it provided. Later, I trained as a Natural/Spiritual Healer and took a diploma course in psychotherapy and counselling to help others on their journey to healing and inner peace. Eventually, my passion for yoga developed into writing, resulting in this blog and ‘The Great Little Book of Yoga Stories’, where you can find original short stories about the life of Guru Guptananda. Many other helpful stories are also to be found here on my blog, just look at the categories, or use the search box to find what you need.
